WITH LOVE, FROM NEW YORK CITY {VIDEO}
Postcards from New York City. This trip, I discovered my love from the Butcher's Daughter and Dumbo.
I am writing this from London right now! I really should be in school, but when the opportunity comes to go abroad, I can't pass that up.

NYFW OUTFIT TWO: SILK DRESS WITH LEG SLITS
Dress, Rudsak____Bag, Balenciaga____Shoes, Zara____sunglasses, Karen walker super duper

My outfit for the second day of NYFW. After a typical blogger brunch date at Le pain quotidian, I attended Son Jung Wan's show at the MBFW theatre. It was great to see a Korean fashion designer showing in New York. The collection was full of light knits with beautiful sequins. Will be posting pictures in the future.
Of course, I had to take outfit pictures next to the city's infamous yellow cabs. The taxi drivers kept thinking I was hailing for them, which led to pretty awkward "oh no, this is just for blog pics" hand gestures.
Anyways, I have midterms coming up this week. So I should really stop blogging and get back to studying. That's why this post is written like an eight year old. Yeah, I know you don't care. Okay, bye. ily.

No, I won't say it.
I won't say that attending New York Fashion week was a "DREAM COME TRUE" or that it was the most unforgettable event of my life. Because that would be horrendously cliche.
But I will say that I had an incredible time with my friends, and met some amazing people at the shows and parties. Honestly, I felt like I was on another planet. Especially being in the crazy environment that invaded Lincoln Center, with all the photographers and people wearing whatever their heart desired. The people who usually stand out blended in, while 'regular' people who were just watching the scene looked like the outcasts in this environment. It made me realize how truly interesting the fashion industry is, especially today. Street Photographers and bloggers are in this whole new spectrum of fashion week, that the half the show is outside the Mercedes Benz theatre. It's quite the scene.
I was able to visit NYC for only the weekend because of school. Needless to say, I had the worst of the worst case of the Monday blues. But I'm already looking forward to the seasons ahead.

EMPIRE STATE OF MIND
Jacket, ZARA____Top, American Apparel____Shorts, thrifted Levi's____Boots, Zara____Sunglasses, Karen Walker 'super duper'

Living with an Empire state of mind. quite literally, as my friends are lucky enough to have a close view of the Empire State building from their window. Emily (I think you guys are familiar with her by now) and I had a mini photoshoot on her rooftop. The lighting was so amazing, and the view was just the perfect quintessential NYC skyline. It's fun to look down from the building and watch the hustle and bustle of the city from a more tranquil place above.
As for my outfit, I went for a biker look with lots of black leather. idk, tryna look like a tough new yorker I guess?
Where am I now?!:
I am currently in Seoul, South Korea!!! This week was super hectic as I was in three different continents and time zones in three days. I am seriously immune to jet lag now, or maybe I am just running on the adrenaline of traveling and meeting friends and family. My first night after landing in Seoul, I met up with my good friend, and we did not waste any time at all. Every minute of the waking day, we are doing something. There is seriously so much to do in Seoul, even though I go to the same places each summer, it is always so fun. I know I shouldn't be saying this already, but I do not want summer to end!!!
Hope everyone is doing well and watch out for my posts from Spain~~

Simple in Soho
White tank top, ZARA____Vest, ZARA____shorts, Levi's____shoes, Aldo____Bag, Goyard____Sunglasses, Karen Walker 'super duper'

Here's a simple and effortless outfit I wore while shopping in Soho last week. To avoid the crowds, we went during a random day of the week and it was nice to be able to walk the sidewalks without hitting everyone with my bag. And I also spotted one of my favorite models, Liu Wen. yes, THE LIU WEN. She was walking past me really fast, but I wouldn't miss recognizing that face. I said hi to her, but she was on the phone, and seemed in a rush, so I didn't even ask for a picture. :/
Another random sighting was Leandra Medine's (man repeller) sister. They really do look so similar, I know it had to be her! Didn't say hi though... haha
