WANNA-BE WANG

The hunt is over. Ever since I saw these Alexander Wang-esque heels on Instagram and on other bloggers, I knew I had to get my hands on them. I don't know why it was so hard to find these shoes, but long story short, it took me three weeks before I could find a pair in my size that weren't damaged in some way! The main difference between these ones from Forever21 and the real Wangs is that the real one has one extra strap that goes up the ankle. Oh, that, and... the fact that these were only $50. Which, I have to say is a kind of a lot considering they are from Forever. But hey, I'm just a student and they work for me. I just love the cool cutouts, and how they can be dressed up or down. The only downside is that they give me blisters on the back of my heels, but that's what band-aid is for!

The school semester is officially over, and I just have two finals left! It's crazy how fast time went by, but I am counting down the days until I can fly back home to see my parents and spend Christmas together. Good luck to everybody out there during finals! We're almost there!

PRINCE AND GREENE ST.

Jacket, Korea____Top, American Apparel____Pants, Forever21____Boots, Topshop____Bag, Prada____Watch, Casio

My sister and I flew down to NYC last weekend for a quick two-day trip. We really had a limited amount of time, so we tried to make the most of it. We visited the Brooklyn flea market, ate amazing pizza, met up with my friend (HI BON!), gorged on Korean food, and then went speed shopping in Soho before heading to the airport. It truly was a "New York Minute" trip and I can't wait to go back again.

RAWR (200th post!)

Leopard print cardigan
Leopard Sweater, Korea____Crop top, Korea____Skirt, American Apparel____Chelsea boots, Topshop____Purse, Korea____Hair bow, made myself

Hey guys!

Here's an outfit that I am absolutely in love with and have repeated about three times...oops. It mixes my girly side with my spontaneous "I-love-leopard-print-anything" tendency. I got the bold sweater three years ago from Korea, and I don't know what I would do without it. It's literally the perfect thing to throw on to add a little punch to any look!

I survived my first week of college! I actually love my flexible schedule, as opposed to the same six course daily routine of high school. So far, my professors and peers are great. I feel really lucky to be in such a positive environment.

I am now going to a nice weekend brunch with my sister! We agreed to find a new place to eat everything weekend, to avoid getting caught up in a bland routine. Follow me on Instagram @heydahye for food pics. ;)

Happy Saturday!

TIE DYE OR DIE

Matching head to toe!
Vest and skirt, Gap____Crop top, H&M____Shoes, Ann Taylor____Bag, Mulberry for Target____Sunglasses, Ray Ban____Rings, DIY

This fun outfit incorporates two major trends this summer: the crop top and head to toe matching prints. I used to be totally against matching head to toe, but I'm definitely warming up to the idea. The skirt and vest ensemble has been shoved in the back of my closet for a year because the bright blue tie-dye was a little intimidating to me. For some reason, I was inspired to totally rock the bold print. (Random fashion high I guess.) The crop top was a savior today because the temperature reached to almost 100 degrees F. Not only does showing a little stomach keep you from melting under the sun, but I think it is a trendy way to show off a little skin! But I really need to work on tanning my stomach, because it is awkwardly paler than my arms and legs...

I also want to let you guys know in advance that I won't be blogging for a little over a week because I am flying across the world to... you'll know soon enough! (SO EXCITED)
